What is your return policy?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of the purchase.

We have a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. If you must ship your product, you are responsible for shipping costs. 


What is your shipping policy?

Machine delivery charges vary depending on your distance from us. Call for a travel charge quote. You may be eligible for free delivery if you are located within 20 miles of our shop. 

We ship through UPS and will charge accordingly. Charges may vary based on size and weight of package and receiving address. 


How much are your rentals?

We charge daily, weekly and monthly rates for our machines. Check out our rentals page for individual prices.
